oil\u2019s empty fruit bunch (EFB) waste into biochar. The findings of this research will serve as a foundational step toward the development of a sustainable waste management system for the palm oil industry in Pekanbaru. By transforming EFB waste into biochar, this initiative seeks to contribute to waste reduction, promote renewable energy, and support environmentally friendly agricultural practices in the region.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yayasan Agathis Dammara Karbon serves as both the project manager and operational team, overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of the project. Our activities include conducting biomass surveys to assess resources, interviewing stakeholders to gather insights, and producing biochar as part of the process. The project culminates in a feasibility study report, providing detailed analysis and practical recommendations for sustainable biochar production and
