We would also like to share an important update regarding our leadership.

As of the New Year, Luki Fathia has officially stepped down from her role as Director of Adakarbon. Since the foundation’s early days, Luki has played a key role in shaping Adakarbon’s vision, strengthening its mission in sustainable biochar development, and building strong partnerships with farmers, institutions, and stakeholders across Indonesia and beyond.

We are pleased to announce that Riefna Rahmanda has been appointed as the new Director of Yayasan Agathis Dammara Karbon. With her dedication, leadership, and deep understanding of Adakarbon’s values, Riefna will continue to guide the organization forward, strengthening its impact and ensuring continuity in our programs and partnerships.

Luki Fathia will remain closely involved with Adakarbon as an Advisor, continuing to support strategic development, partnerships, and knowledge exchange.

We believe this transition marks a positive new chapter for Adakarbon—one that builds on a strong foundation while opening space for growth, renewal, and fresh perspectives.
